Our KIS O'Gin is a contemporary London Dry, starring local botanical 'Olearia Axillaris', which is a local coastal daisy bush and has been referred to as 'wild' rosemary. We handpick and prepare the Olearia from around us on Kangaroo Island. This gin is balanced with with some exotic peppers, tonka beans and fresh orange zest.
It recently won a Silver Medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2017 & another Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017.
It makes a wonderful G&T
