We blended the famous KI honey (from the world’s only pure strain of Ligurian bees) with roasted Australian walnuts, cinnamon and cloves - and came up with something quite amazing. We think of this liqueur as liquid baklava, Christmas pudding, or spicy warm hot cross buns. Fabulous with dessert or in an affogato.
