A wonderful and unique Gin produced by ageing for two months in selected Australian Whisky barrels. Discernibly Gin with a lovely creamy, buttery finish. This gin was awarded double gold at the Melbourne International Spirits competition July 2017. No other gin was awarded double gold – that has to make this the best gin in Australia!

Serving Suggestions


Whisky barrel Gin is best enjoyed on ice with a sliver of persimmon, or try it with a slither of mandarin or orange zest to add that lovely citrus finish. 

 

A Hot toddy made by infusing cloves and cinnamon in hot water: then 60 mls Whisky Gin, juice of half a lemon and sweetened with Coconut palm sugar is just what the doctor ordered for winter relief.
