Old Tom Gin

KIS Old Tom Gin is lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels. The addition of local aniseed and lemon myrtles add sweet characters to this classic old style gin. First created to serve at The Tasting Australia Origins Dinner in 2014. Gone on to be a champion Gin around the world.

Serving Suggestions

KIS Old Tom Neat


Essentially a sipping Gin this can't go wrong simply on ice straight up. Garnish with grilled pineapple or a burnt cinnamon Quill.

Tom Collins

Tom Collins is 60 mls Old Tom, 30 mls lemon juice and 20 mls sugar syrup. Stir well on ice and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh orange.

Tasting Notes

Clear, pale yellow

Tangy lemon first up followed by cleansing juniper.

Sweet creamy vanilla, hint of aniseed. Burnt toffee caramel.

Woody and spicy

Lingering spicy juniper finish.
