Wild Gin

Wild Gin

This small batch Australian gin is distilled with "native juniper" which has been foraged from the wild coast of Kangaroo Island. Fashioned in the style of a London Dry Gin, this contemporary expression is finished with fresh limes from the nearby Fleurieu Peninsular. Traditional vapour distilling maximises control of the quality of this award-winning Australian spirit and has led to the Gold Medal at the Melbourne International Spirits Competition in July 2017 and the 2018 SIP Consumer Choice Gold Medal.

Serving Suggestions


G & T

Use a Copa glass with loads of ice and premium tonic (our choice is Fevertree Mediterranean). The tonic should be 3 or 4 parts to gin. Garnish with:

  • Tart, fresh green apple and star anise
  • Fresh or dried strawberries and lemon thyme or a pinch of ground pepper
  • Fresh peach and basil.

    As a Gimlet

    15mls brown lime cordial, 15 mls lime juice and 30 mls part gin on ice.

    As a Simple Old Fashioned 

    Use 1 teaspoon of sugar dissolved in a dash of bitters, (alternatively use sugar syrup with a dash of apple juice). Fill the glass with ice and stir in 60 mls of gin. Serve with thin slices of green apples. 

    As a Wild Cherry KIS 

    • Large Cocktail Glass
    • Ice Ball
    • 34ml Wild Gin
    • 100ml Mediterranean Fevertree
    • Tonic
    • 4-5 drops of Angostura Bitters
    • 10ml Cherry Syrup
    • Garnish with a Cherry!
